Get help with your Arena account, registration, payments, or personal information. You can contact support without signing in.

Accounts and signing in

Log in to Arena or get started. Existing accounts and registrations stay on this Arena website. Follow the link in your confirmation to manage that transaction.

Registrations and bookings

Open your activity link, review the host, dates, participants, sessions, price, and required documents, then follow registration or booking. Check the confirmation for the final status. Contact the host about schedules, eligibility, equipment, and on-site arrangements.

For an existing registration, use the account and website where you booked. Moving the legal pages does not transfer registrations between versions of Arena.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Check your receipt and the policy accepted at checkout. Cancelling participation and receiving a refund are separate actions. Read the cancellation policy. If you need help, include the order or registration reference and a description of the issue when contacting support. Do not email complete card or bank details.

Families and participants

Use your adult account to manage participants you are authorized to represent. Review participant details and any host-required waiver or consent before registering. Read about waivers.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Privacy Notice, or account-deletion instructions. You may email a privacy request even if you cannot access your account.

Safety and reporting

Use the available reporting controls for inappropriate content or contact Arena support. Include a link or reference so we can locate the issue. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services; Arena support is not an emergency service.

Coaches and organizations

For help with publishing activities, managing participants, payments, or workspace access, include the organization name and relevant activity link. Hosts remain responsible for their program’s operation and participant-safety procedures.
