Delete your Arena account

You can request account closure or contact Arena about deleting personal information. You do not need to sign in to submit an email request.

Using app.getarenasports.com

1. Sign in and open Security settings.
2. Review account deletion and resolve any listed responsibilities, such as workspace ownership, family management, upcoming registrations, or financial obligations.
3. Confirm by typing DELETE. A recent sign-in is required; you may be asked to verify again.
4. Arena emails your verified address with the cancellation deadline. You have 30 days to cancel the scheduled deletion.
5. After the recovery period, eligible account and profile information is removed or anonymized if no responsibilities remain. Finalization can pause while those matters are resolved.

Still using arenasports.space or the original app?

The original Arena experience has a different deletion flow. Open the Profile tab, find Delete account, review the warning, and select Send code. Enter the emailed six-digit code and your email address, then confirm Delete forever. Follow the warnings shown there; the new app’s recovery period does not apply to that immediate-deletion flow.

Sign in to the original Arena website. If you are unsure which account to close, contact support before confirming.

Request help or deletion by email

Email hello@getarenasports.com with the subject “Account deletion request,” preferably from the account’s email address. Identify the account and what you want deleted. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Do not send full identity documents, payment credentials, or medical records in an ordinary email.

What deletion does—and what may remain

Account closure and a privacy deletion request are different processes. Closing an account does not automatically cancel every event, payment obligation, or billing agreement. Review those separately.

The current app removes sign-in access and anonymizes eligible personal profile fields after finalization. Financial records, signed waivers, shared messages, uploads, organization records, and copies held by other people or providers may remain where retention is permitted or required. The original platform’s process differs; contact us for a review of particular records.
